Refund policy

We want you to love your order! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 1–3 working days of receiving your item(s).

Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Returns must be requested within 1–3 working days from the date of delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, please mention it when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, accessories, or customized/personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
